New submitting Rules/feature game/ voting

:sun: As you can see, the Club switched from submissions to collection.
The adventage for you you is obvoius - at least one fave for the submitted picture. It also can make the submitting process faster. Fot us, admins, it mean less work with submitting pictures. So from now, please sent the thumbs of your deviantions, not links :) in the notes.
